QA/QC Plan in Brief

The company has a general QA/QC Plan which is modified to have project specific ones depending the client’s requirements and updated as per the needs of the project.

Total quality control is a commitment to quality, expressed in all levels of the organization. Design reviews to ensure safe and effective construction procedures is a major element. Other elements include training of personnel, and distributing the responsibility for quality to workers. Worker involvement in improved quality control is often practiced in quality circles in which groups of workers meet regularly to make suggestions for quality improvement. Material suppliers are also required to ensure zero defects in delivered goods.

The names and qualifications of inspection personnel, their responsibilities and respective QC functions are clearly defined; and each appointed QCE and MT are adequately competent and trained in specific engineering disciplines.
